Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. We will cover the restocking and shipping fees if the item(s) being returned are a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item).

All items must be returned with a tracking number in the original packaging and with the original packing materials—including the packing slips, and container or sleeves. Once we have received the item(s), we will inspect them for the reason(s) they are being returned, and notify you of receipt and refund following inspection. All refunds will be by check.

Privacy Policy

Your banking information resides with third party banks (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify) and is only used for transactional purposes. We do not ever posses or hold on to these details.

We will not share, or sell, your other personal details such as your email, phone numbers or mailing address with anyone outside of our own organization, for any reasons.

Minimum Orders

We have minimum order sizes of $125 for a few reasons. Think of us as Costco for tooling supplies. We try to offer the best prices we can to our customers and in order to do that, we have to make certain we're packaging things appropriately. So, we sell in bulk. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You can create dust when you cut, sand, drill or grind materials such as wood, paint, metal, concrete, cement or other masonry. This dust often contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
