Eldorado Tools supplies drill bits, hole saws, saw blades, end mills, taps and abrasives to military maintenance shops, federal and state agencies, cities, school districts and universities across the continental United States. Most of what we sell is made in the USA, we ship from multiple fulfillment centers, and we take the purchase card.
Who qualifies
Any organization that buys with public money: a federal agency or military installation, a state agency, a county, city or special district, a public school district, a public college or university, or a tribal government. In practice that means the people who run maintenance shops, motor pools, public works yards, correctional industries, facilities departments and trade-education programs. Tax-exempt nonprofits and private businesses that hold a resale or exemption certificate are welcome to use the same tax-exempt account.
Purchase card orders
We accept the GSA SmartPay purchase card (Visa and Mastercard) at checkout with no minimum order. Put your PO or requisition number in the order note on the cart page and it prints on your receipt and packing slip. Free shipping applies on orders over $200, the same as every customer.
Set up a government account
Use the short form below. Tell us your organization, upload your tax-exemption certificate if you have one, and we create your account, mark it tax exempt and email you a sign-in link. Requests from .mil, .gov and .edu addresses are approved automatically; everything else is reviewed by a person the same business day. Once you are signed in, checkout charges no sales tax and your organization shows on every invoice.
Tax exemption
If you would rather not use the form, email your exemption certificate to sales@eldoradotools.com and we will set up the account by hand. If you already paid tax on an order, send the certificate and the order number and we refund it.
Purchase orders and Net 30
If your agency has to issue a purchase order, email it to sales@eldoradotools.com. We confirm the same business day, ship, and invoice on Net 30 terms. A W-9 is available on request. Quotes for bulk or case-pack quantities are free and usually come back within one business day.
Where our products are made
Titan USA carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools, Tru-Cut drill bits, Relton carbide-tipped bits and most ITM hole saws and accessories are manufactured in the United States. Other lines come from Germany, Austria, Japan, Taiwan and Canada. Every product page shows its country of origin, collection pages can be filtered by it, and we can provide a manufacturer certificate of conformance when your order requires one.
