Wood and nail recip blades
Wood and nail blades are for framing, remodel work and demolition in lumber that may have nails in it. This collection is eight ITM blades, all 6T with a 1/2" universal shank.
There are 6", 9" and 12" straight blades, plus 6" Scroll Recips for curved and tight-radius cuts. Each size comes in a 5 pack and a 50 pack.
Cutting tips
Six teeth per inch clears chips fast in wood. Choose the shortest blade that gets the job done, since a long blade flexes and wanders. Keep the shoe against the work and let the blade cut; forcing it dulls the teeth. If you are cutting into a wall and do not know what is behind it, the demolition blades are the tougher choice.

Common questions
Can I cut nails with these?
They are made for wood with nails in it, which is what the name means. For heavier or unknown mixed material, the demolition blades are built for more abuse.
What is a scroll recip blade?
A narrower blade made for cutting curves. ITM lists 6" 6T Wood & Nail Scroll Recips in 5 and 50 packs.
Do these fit any reciprocating saw?
All eight have a 1/2" universal shank, which fits most reciprocating saws that accept universal-shank blades. Check your saw's clamp if you are unsure.
