Masonry Drills Rotary Hammer (Roto Percussion)

Choosing a roto hammer bit
The HD Roto Hammer line is ITM's masonry bit for hammer drills, 35 items from 1/8" to 1". Lengths run from 3" to 24" in the sizes we list. Installers anchoring into block or concrete behind a finished wall use them too, and the range is tagged for Shower Doors as well.
Drilling tips
Use hammer action with steady pressure and let the tool do the work. Leaning on it only makes heat. Start the hole slowly so the tip does not wander, then bring the speed up and pull the bit out now and then to clear dust.
Check the shank before you order. Options include 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" hex, and your chuck has to match. For small anchor holes, the 25-packs in sizes like 1/8" x 3" and 3/16" x 4" save reordering. If you need a bit that never hammers, see multi-purpose bits.
Free shipping on orders over $200. Trade accounts can reorder in a click from My Toolbox, or call (833) 438-6657.
