Choosing a bit tip holder
A bit tip holder is the part between your drill or driver and the bit tip. It lets you swap tips quickly and, in magnetic versions, keeps the screw on the bit. This collection has 18 ITM holders in lengths from 2" to 7-1/4": magnetic holders, snap-lock holders, holders with a ring, a sleeve-guided version, a flexible magnetic holder and a Blue-Shock impact holder, plus a 7/16" lag driver with sleeve.
Choosing one
Pick the length for the job. Short holders (2" to 3") keep the driver close to the work, and longer ones (5" to 6") reach into recesses. The sleeve-guided holder keeps the screw aligned as you drive it. The flexible 7-1/4" holder gets around corners.

Common questions
Magnetic or snap lock?
Magnetic holders hold both the bit and the screw, which helps one-handed starts. Snap-lock holders grip the bit mechanically so it stays put during use. Both are in this collection.
Can I use these in an impact driver?
Use a holder made for impact, such as the Blue-Shock Impact Mag. Holder. Standard holders are not meant for impact use, so check the title.
What lengths are available?
From 2" up to 7-1/4". Sizes in the range include 2", 2-1/2", 2-5/8", 3", 4", 5", 6" and a 7-1/4" flexible holder.
