The job, in numbers

A data center is an electrical job with a building around it

The shell is a small slice of the budget. Power and cooling are most of it, and most of the holes, cuts and welds come with them. That is where our catalog lives.

of labor dollars goes to consumables on electrical work, before small tools. On a hyperscale hall that is a mid six-figure line.

Shop by job step

One build, eight steps, one account

We split a data center build into the eight steps where crews burn through bits, blades and wheels. Each step below is a collection you can filter by size, shank and brand, with an in-stock filter on every grid.

What crews say

The complaints we built the company around

We read the trade surveys and we listen on the phone. These are the three things contractors say most, and what you get from us instead.

What the trade press hears

Availability of material "continued to be a problem" for the biggest electrical contractors in 2026, ahead of price.

What you get here

You see what is in stock before you order.

Every grid has an in-stock filter. Order by 4 PM Eastern and it ships the same day from a distribution center in the continental U.S. If something is backordered, you hear it from us with a date before you build a schedule around it.

What the trade press hears
83%
of top electrical contractors report labor shortages. The last thing a short crew needs is a foreman driving to a counter for bits.

Reordering takes a minute, from the lift.

My Toolbox keeps your reorder list, lets you add every superintendent and foreman to the company account, and sends a restock reminder before you run out. Set a standing order for what the shop burns every week, and set up each shop or office as its own branch so nobody waits on head office to reorder.

What the trade press hears
83%
of electricians prefer a distributor over a big-box store for service, and 73% for the relationship. They just do not want to pay a rep for it.

A person answers. No rep is in the price.

Call 833-438-6657 and talk to someone who knows which bit fits which anchor. We sell direct, so the same price shows online, on the phone and on account, with no field rep's overhead built in.

The spec, not the sales pitch

Drill size by anchor

Trapeze hangers, pipe hangers and rack anchors set the bit sizes on a data center. These are the pairings crews drill all day. Screenshot it for the foreman.

Under the shroudEvery one of these holes gets drilled under OSHA Table 1 with a dust shroud and a vacuum. Stop bits hit depth without over-drilling, and 4-cutter heads clear dust instead of packing it.

Always follow the anchor maker's printed instructions. Overhead adhesive anchors need a certified installer under ACI 318, which is why most crews run drop-ins overhead and save adhesive for the floor.

Built for how contractors buy

No reps. One account. Standing orders.

  1. Open a contractor account

Sign in with your work email. Known companies are approved on the spot; terms orders post to one Net 30 statement in My Toolbox.

  2. Add your foremen and your branches

Superintendents and foremen order against the company account from the lift, and accounting gets the statement. Running several shops or offices? Add each one as a branch under one head office: its own ship-to book, team and account, and anyone at the head office can see and order for any branch. Put the job and PO number on the order and it prints on the packing slip.

  3. Set the standing order

Pick the band blades, chop wheels, flap discs and stop bits the shop burns every week and we ship them on your schedule. Change or pause it any time.

Questions crews ask

Before you open an account

Do you sell to subcontractors or only to the owner?

Subcontractors. On a data center job the electrical, mechanical and coring subs buy their own consumables, so that is who we set accounts up for. Owners, GCs and facilities teams are welcome too.

Will your bits fit our Hilti, Bosch or Milwaukee hammers?

Yes. SDS-Plus and SDS-Max are universal chucks, so any bit here fits any hammer with that shank. Stop bits are sized to standard drop-in anchors.

Can you deliver to a badged site?

We ship to any address you give us: the laydown yard, the jobsite trailer or your fab shop. Put the job and PO number on the order and it prints on the packing slip so the gate and the office both know what it is.

Can our foremen order on the company account?

Yes. My Toolbox lets you add team members who order against the company account, and the statement goes to accounting.

We run several locations and a couple of sister companies. Can that be one account?

Yes. In My Toolbox, under Company, you can add branches and locations, set up a head office, or ask to be linked under a parent company that already buys from us. Each branch keeps its own address book, team and account, and anyone at the head office can act for a branch to order, track and pay. The accounting records follow automatically, so nothing gets retyped on our side.
