Reamers Pipe Reamers & Blades
ITM chamfer and deburring reamers for pipe and conduit ends, with carbide or M2 HSS blades in three size ranges plus 90° inner rim reamers. Six tools, mostly for electricians.
Choosing a pipe reamer
After you cut conduit or pipe, the end is sharp on the inside and out. These reamers clean that up in seconds. The range is six ITM tools: outer chamfer reamers in three sizes and 90° inner rim reamers in M2 HSS.
The outer chamfer reamers come with carbide blades or M2 HSS blades. Small covers 1/8" to 3/4", Medium 1/2" to 1-3/8" and Large 1-3/8" to 2-1/8". The inner rim reamers are offered in 3/16" to 7/8" and 1/8" to 3/4". Four of the tools have a 1/4" hex impact shank and two have a 3/8" hex shank.
Using them
Keep the drill speed moderate and light pressure on; let the blades cut a clean chamfer rather than forcing them. Carbide blades hold an edge longer on hard or abrasive material, and M2 HSS blades are the everyday choice for softer tubing.
