The 1/8" shank burrs are for detail work: die sinking, small radii, lettering, cleaning up inside a tapped hole or a tight internal corner where a 1/4" burr simply will not fit. They run in a pencil grinder or a die grinder with a 1/8" collet, and because the head is small they want high speed and almost no pressure — these snap if you lean on them. Double cut throughout, so they finish as well as they remove. This is the SA-43: a 1/8" cylindrical head with a 9/16" length of cut on a 1/8" shank. Deburring and flat surface work.
