The ITM 3100BP is a 10" SDS-Plus bull point for breaking concrete, brick, stone and block. The pointed tip concentrates every blow on one spot, so it is the tool to start a break or crack a slab before you switch to a chisel. It fits SDS-Plus rotary hammers; use them in hammer-only (chisel) mode.
