Specifications:
- Prep by wiping off oil or lubricant from the taper surfaces.
- Insert the pilot drill into the drive extension first.
- Assemble the drive extension into the core bit.
- Begin drilling until the core bit reaches a depth of 3/8”.
- Utilize the ejector key to remove the pilot drill.
- Continue drilling until the core bit is filled with the material, typically at a depth of 3”.
- If needed, break the drilled material inside the core bit using a chisel.
- Repeat the process until your desired hole depth is achieved.
