Specifications:
- Prepare by wiping off oil or lubricant from the extension and core bit.
- Insert the pilot drill into the drive extension first.
- Attach the drive extension to the core bit.
- Begin drilling until the core bit is 3/8” deep.
- Use the ejector key to remove the pilot drill.
- Continue drilling until the core bit is filled with material, typically 3” deep.
- Break down drilled material inside the core bit with a chisel if needed.
- Repeat steps for desired hole depth.
