An ITM left-hand hard steel drill bit: a carbide cutting tip on a tempered body, made for drilling hardened steel, stainless steel and cast iron, including safes and broken bolts. This 5/16" bit is 4" overall on a 1/4" shank. Left-hand cutting: run the drill in reverse. On a broken right-hand bolt, a left-hand drill turns in the loosening direction. Sold individually.
